sorted by- I use a crucial x8 often for work and it was a bit iffy out of the box but once I reformatted it to NTFS it works really well now, so I would assume this one works great too.
Use it daily for 4k video editing. - The price increased at midnight to £73.99, the £8 voucher is still available meaning the net cost now is £65.99Same
- Congratulations on your 1st deal
- got 1x1tb and 1x2tb crucial alongside other external ssd all are virtually the same speed wise its no worse than samsung it all depends on what your using them for and how your connecting them.
I'm not sure about extra storage for the ps5 i have a usb3 which is home for my ps4 downloads which is connected to my ps5 it works well - It's not just tropical, it's crucial
- isnt the 2TB better value? £10 voucher on that make it cheaper than 2x of this
- Would this work on a ps5 as extra game storage ?PS4 yes, PS5 no...
While you can store both PS4 and PS5 games on this drive, you can only run PS4 games from it. You would need to move any PS5 games stored on this drive over to internal storage to play them. PS5 games can only be run when stored on internal storage. - I really need an external SSD for my PC to run a couple of games off. Realistically how slow will this be, to do that?
- For Xbox series just got a fanxiang 1tb and a usb to sata
Can only play older games and store new ones for copying later at about 500mbps for about 45
Sits hidden behind console anyways - Would this be fast enough for recording directly onto it in ProRes on an iPhone 15 Pro Max?heh i was thinking that too.
- Hey thanks for taking the time to post and share your first deal with the community!
- How does it store games on Xbox. Says photo storage only
