The Alvarez MFA77CEARSHB is a Masterworks Elite model that comes out at £543.20 - With solid walnut top, back and sides, it's a bit of a beauty. Current date is a way off though at around the end of August this year. (All Masterworks models are solid wood builds / not laminate)
If you're lucky enough to live near Andertons, it could be worthwhile seeing if they have a few for you to try in store. Always better to try them out in person if you can.

The Eastcoast guitars sold by Andertons for around £100 are great beginner guitars. I have the Grand Auditorium (andertons.co.uk/bra…ack). (edited)
