    The 48-pack with all the discounts works out cheapest overall at £𝟐𝟑.𝟔𝟔 or 49p per roll (screenshots below).
    As it's thicker than standard, let's say one uses it up at half their usual rate, that's 24.5p per roll which is pretty good while also being noticeably gentler down there compared to standard / sandpaper(ish) 25-30p rolls! (edited)

    Having tried most brands over the last few years I think that the Aldi Saxon Premium Toilet Tissue 24 Pack at £6.99 are the best overall value

    Decent price on S&S, I've only seen the 16 packs, not the 24 packs. Quality bog roll worth the money I reckon. Only need two squares

    Toilet paper, on the whole, is a nightmare to compare value and performance. The more ply or quilts they add often means bigger rolls but less sheets. But it is often, as here, hard to find how many sheets are on the roll.
