sorted byCurrently on sale for £11.xx on Amazon or something like this. (edited)
1st delivery - Had txt about delivery time .No sign they attempted to deliver package (no missed delivery card and Amazon tracking only showed missed delivery the next day)
2nd delivery - Had two missed delivery cards with different number but the QR code on the card linked to the same photo
Rearranged delivery for today (options to leave it in safe space, collect from pickup point or deliver to neighbour all greyed out and not available on this delivery)
3rd delivery - Package halfway through letterbox (other delivery companies post small items through letterbox on 1st delivery)
On all occasions someone was in and the delivery person didn't ring the doorbell or knock on the door.
Also found the feedback form on the DPD mobile website doesn't work (when you submit the form shows "failed to send -sorry there is a problem try again later")
