I bought this about 6 months ago and it's so good. The USB-C port allows you to charge a MacBook Pro, output 4k 144hz and connect to USB devices over just one cable while charging the laptop! This was my main criteria for a display because I like to switch between Mac (usb C) and PC (on displayport) for work and play and it has been flawless. It comes with the USB-C cable also so no need to worry about getting the right one for the job.

It is not really HDR but it is incredibly bright. Games look and feel sensational on it. The difference between this and say some really luxurious screens with the same feature set but a better display technology isn't really worth double-triple the cost because it's diminishing returns.

My dream monitor is a 32" 4K 144Hz 16:9 microLED or OLED but there's nothing really that comes close yet so I went for this and I will probably not get a new one until it breaks.

Could you possibly tell me how many hdmi ports and usb ports this has, please?

Considering picking one up but not sure if it might be overkill for series s

I have the Nitro XV272U which is basically the same model but at 2k... Is there any difference/upgrade with this one apart of the 4k resolution?

I bought this monitor from Ebuyer for £405 (including shipping) back in October last year, maybe it went back up and now back down in price. Highly recommend it! does everything great. Perfect for the series x at 120FPS at 4K and PC games.

Decent enough for ps5? Don’t want to break the bank and this is probably more than I want to spend but accept for something decent it seems like this is the price they cost for 4k gaming?
    Ed__'s avatar
Yeah it handles PS5 I have been playing Elden Ring on this boy with VRR.

    Very nice display.
As with most monitors the HDR isn't all that, otherwise very good.

    Worth noting -
It's recommended to leave VRR enabled, as it performs the same as the 'Normal' Over Drive setting. This setting delivers the best overall experience, as it's quicker and has less overshoot than 'Extreme'.
'Normal' and 'Off' perform about the same but since the Over Drive setting is locked to 'Normal' with VRR enabled we suggest this setting instead for a more consistent experience if you decide to disable VRR.

Would this monitor be overkill for a series s?
