sorted byGot the S and it's a good enough size for a keyboard and mouse + single monitor, BUT if you're like 6ft+ you'll need a decent tall desk, otherwise you can't get a right angle for your elbows with the keyboard tray.
They are brilliant as i have lower back, neck and shoulder problems.
It feels great to stand rather than sit which is kinda one of the worst things to do.
Yes you look like a bit of knob standing but to not have the pain is great
