I took a punt one this hotel & came back from there a month ago, most of the rooms have been refurbished and they are massive. For the money this is a steal. The spa is incredible. I eat out and always get a hire car. Payless.es €115 including insurance & get over to Cotillo & Piedra Playa (phenomenal surfer/kite surfer beach) 20 min drive or get the #8 bus. Great chilled vibe & polar opposite to Corralejo.

In regard to cockroaches I saw 2 in a week, but I also saw them whilst staying at the H10, a vastly superior hotel and much more expensive.

If you look on Google reviews which are usually quite reliable, quite a few complaints about cockroach and items getting stolen.

Cockroaches are on whole canary Island, just came back from hotel that people said the same and didn't see any. So probably depends on the time and room.
