    Screenshot in reviews says 139MB read and 37MB write. Write is very important factor, write is fairly slow.

    A file that is 256 GB would take at least 2 hours, 9 minutes, 53 secondsto transfer over 37.000 MB/s

    Of course you won't have 256GB space free but gives an indication.

    If you wanted to put a single 4GB film on the drive, that would take 2 minutes. 10 x 4GB films 20 minutes etc.
