I had the same problem and had to try several times. Delete basket and start again

If people are looking at a cheaper brita filters you should try phox cartridges, reusable and you can choose what goes into your cartridges. Also less plastic waste.

Bin the Brita and get the Klar version that filters the fluoride too, absolutely no reason whatsoever to be consuming fluoride in water. (edited)
