About this deal

This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

Previously this was £40 per year, but Amazon have now made it free. You'll require a standard Amazon Prime account to get this. What is nice, is that those that are already part way through a subscription and paid £40 for it, you'll get reimbursed for the remainder

Also posted a deal for 50% discount on your first Amazon business order of up to £120 (£60 discount) I'd imagine it would stack, but can't be sure, as I don't have an account to check. Go take a peek at that offer HERE

How to sign up

For Prime members who are not Amazon Business customers:

  • Start by creating an Amazon Business account using a different email address than the one associated with their personal Prime accounts.
  • Follow the prompts to verify the business account.
  • Once the account is verified, customers can link their existing Prime memberships to their Amazon Business accounts, and start enjoying the perks and features of Business Prime Duo for free.

Current Business Prime Duo members will be reimbursed for the remainder of their pre-paid yearly membership, with the refund calculated based on the number of months since their last renewal.

An Amazon Business customer can connect a business account to a personal account as long as the customer registered for Prime membership using a different email address.

Do consumer laws apply the same with a business account?

No but Amazon have same returns policies as personal even for business. We have returned things for full refund without any issues.

I have a business account and it says I need a personal account to register with? Do I need to switch my account back to personal and get it? Otherwise says ineligible

You need a personal account with prime on a different email address. The business account becomes a prime one using the prime from the personal one.

New start ups do! My partner and I are starting up with no funding at all so this really does help

There are occasional lower prices for business customers compared to the personal site. In the past, I have picked up Logitech products around 30% cheaper.

Wasn’t as simple as linking both accounts. Change email change this change that. Maybe i was doing something wrong but to much hassle. (edited)

    From their website:
"Business Prime is available to Amazon Business customers only and does not include entertainment benefits such as Prime Video or Amazon Music.”
    s10's avatar
But you need normal prime to have the duo sub so you would have these anyway?

I have a business account and they regularly send over 25% off codes. The only downside is if you like to buy from other countries using Amazon they often won't ship to addresses linked to business accounts. (edited)

Cheers got the email and details of the reimbursement
