Is this stuff to replace shower gel etc? So rub all over and wash off?

No Dave, I know you like shower gel and after you have used those 100 bottles you ordered you might find your skin dry in places, these body creams are meant to be applied to the skin to add some moisture back in
Edit - Alternatively apply all over body before showering, that way you can use both the creams and shower gels faster (edited)

Which one is best, I got the original and Intense and they were quite good, thinking about trying the floral one but the tubs last ages so will be a while

Is this a dupe of the body shop vit e?

I've never used the body shop vit e cream but I know the body butter range had different thicknesses according to skin type.
If you fancy trying these I would get 1 original if you have normal skin and an intense one if your skin is dry.
For the cost compared to TBS body butters they are worth a try

    Hope that helps

I put Almond oil in mine as it helps greatly with psoriasis, great stuff. Will be heading there on my travels today 😁
