Do you think you could live in one of these? 🙄

Yes you can if you dont like this world.

Not without electric, water and a toilet

After watching... Click.... this week on the BBC from Mumbai....living in this would be luxury

Do you think you could live in one of these? 🙄

My mum had several of these, quite sturdy and lasted well - nearly 12 years so far - but they arent exactly cheap.

For ~£600 and a LOT of assembly time, you can get a metal 9'x24' garage kit - not as sturdy, but an awful lot more storage space.

If you're going to buy cheap you might as well buy one of these. They will most probably out live any Hotpoint/Indesit crap. At this price it's a disposable washer.

While I agree almost 100%, and have absolutely no interest in the deal myself, it's one of those deals that will be of benefit to a particular group of people.

You can't always save by using Ebay, you can't always easily/reliably purchase CEX vouchers at 80% face value, you may already have x amount of CEX credit you need to top up. Not for me, but there's a deal in posts like this... I shall remain neutral

Stanley Black and Decker own the Dewalt brands and I think I read they're very similar. I think Black and Decker are now the budget, Stanley are the mid range and Dewalt are their higher end models. No doubt they'll try and standardise their products as much as possible

Am I right in thinking this is basically a DeWalt drill in disguise? Looks very very similar to my DeWalt drill.

I've got this and paid just over £100 also bought separately the drill and I have to say it's damn good. Battery life is good and of course you have a spare charging whilst your using the other. In my opinion even at the price I paid this is well worth buying and won't let you down.

Anyone have any experience with this brand?

Makita make pretty good tools, I've had an 18v hammer drill from them for years and it's still going strong. It's taken a ton of abuse and done loads of work so I'd have no hesitation buying makita at all.

It'll be ok for light occasional DIY use but it won't be much good for drilling into serious brickwork or masonry I suspect. Good price for what it is.

True it is harder to overload, but I am currently living alone and don't fancy having nothing to wear as it is all in the wash. I am currently running a 5kg Indesit WIE 167, which I got for free 6 years ago, but would have been about 5 years old then, any of these are larger than that.
