Cooking Guidelines
Larger potatoes will take maximum time to cook, potatoes should be soft on the inside after the 2 minutes standing time.
We have given you these cooking instructions as a guide only.

Chef's Tip: Put a skewer through the potato or use a fork to pierce the potato as deeply as you can. This allows air into the potato when cooking and helps make it more creamy and fluffy.

Microwave - From Ambient

• Place on absorbent paper. For 1 potato cook on full power for 8-16 minutes (700W), 6-14 minutes (900W). For 4 potatoes cook on full power for 15-23 minutes (700W), 13-21 minutes (900W).
• Turn halfway through cooking. Leave to stand for 2 minutes. For a crispy skin place in a preheated oven for around 10 minutes.

Oven cook - From Ambient

• 200°C, 400°F Fan, 180°C, Gas 6, 90 Mins
• Place straight onto the oven shelf and bake in a preheated oven, for 60-90 minutes until soft.

Storage
Store me in a cool, place to keep fresher for longer. Store your potatoes in a cool, dry, dark place, ideally in a cloth bag and away from strong-smelling foods for more like onions.
