    I tried using my £5 cashpot voucher yesterday at the self checkout but was unable to successfully get it to deduct £5 from my total. A staff came around and said I had to 1st scan my Asda Rewards barcode and then scan my £5 cashpot voucher barcode. They said Asda was trying to curb ppl sharing their cashpot vouchers with their friends & families ... what a load of

    In other words, if you've made several new Asda accounts and did the 1st purchase, make sure you save both the account's Asda Rewards barcode AND the cashpot voucher you've created, before you chuck away that SIM card (edited)

    So it's won't work when you screenshot an Asda voucher and use it at self checkout?

    Am I right in saying you can't stack the £5 vouchers and use them on one shop (if you have them on multiple accounts and just screenshot the barcodes)? Pretty sure I read before that you can only use one per transaction.

    Some member’s said they managed to do it last time, but I tried and said error if the voucher didn’t match the rewards card, so for me it was one per transaction

    The biggest problem with Asda (along with the profiteering) is that nothing I go there to buy is ever in stock. Never known a supermarket so sparsely filled.

    Question, how do I earn reward points in the app? I made two purchases today on george website, esrning rewards on click and collect but not on this?

    You have to scan your ASDA Rewards barcode at in-store check-out.
    So this promotion doesn't apply to purchases made online
