HDmi 2.0 seems like a big compromise to me, even if DP is an option

    There's also a 144hz, hdmi 2.1, HDR1000, 43 inch version on the same site. £724, looks ace

People asking about the size. I use a 50inch Samsung neo qled on a big desk. It's amazing for immersive gaming, I just sit back about 2 feet.
For normal pc use, I split the screen into 4 using free software and sit at normal distance. The extra screen estate is great. (edited)

Anyone use a monitor of this size as their main display? Seems huge.

I use a 48" great for gaming. If you go to 43 you absolutely need to use scaling, at 48 you can just get away with 100% and adjusting the content side.

I think, and happy to be proved wrong, this is a TV panel that is repackaged with some gaming features.

I have a 43" 4K 120hz Sony Bravia TV. Tried to use it as a monitor but it's just far too big for me. Although this is a great price.

You can just use less of the monitor, you can drop the vertical or horizontal resolution and just letter box it. Although if its not an oled it'll be slightly rough.
