On and on. Can’t get in
Been signed up for over 12 months. Was told when I signed up it’d be up and running within 3 months (I can literally see their box on the telephone pole)
A year later still waiting. They offer no updates despite what they say when you query them about timescales. Every update I’ve ever had I’ve had to chase them up
I get delays, things happen…but the lack of customer service is worrying
