I'd like to know too. Huge commitment getting a 1.2kg bag and it turns out to be pish.

It's absolutely gorgeous if ground slightly less than fine.

My workplace of over 40 fellas all adore this coffee, to the point where no one now drinks instant, no goes out to the expensive chain coffee drive-thrus

Mediocre at best imo, but we all have different tastes so may suit others.

This has been my daily driver for a few years and I really like it. Whenever it's been posted before opinions have been quite mixed.

I was disappointed when I bought this stuff. It's drinkable but it's quite weak. I noticed that several bags have hung around in my local Lidl which is telling.

anyone with a proper espresso grinder and machine tried these?

I have always bought freshly roasted stuff direct, but I am curious how big the difference is. Though if they are bad, I dont want them touching my grinder burrs!

Espresso machines tend to not be very forgiving on quality of beans!
