    These sound good and at a good price. But they really do look like wood pellet cat littler.. so now I wonder if I could throw my cats (unused )litter in the fire pit?

    I'm sure they'd be fine. although likely to smoke a bit, these are food safe wood pellets for pellet grills and things like the Ninja Woodfire

    Mostly stopped using pellets in my pizza oven, I switched to whisky barrel chunks as they are very dry oak that give a high heat and last longer but I do use the pellets for lighting it up
