Description
Looking for an easy, hassle-free supper idea? Try the mouth-watering Birds Eye Southern Fried Chicken Breast Steaks In Breadcrumbs as part of a healthy, balanced meal.

Our southern fried chicken breast steaks are made from 100% chicken breast* and coated in well-seasoned breadcrumbs so you get that lovely crunch.

Pair these southern fried chicken breasts steaks with a wrap and some roasted veg, or with some chips for a twist on the classic chicken and chips staple dinner.

*Why does it say made from 100% chicken breast if it's 53% chicken breast?
Made from 100% chicken breast means we use only chicken breast meat in our range. The other 47% relates to the other tasty ingredients such as the coating.
Made from 100% Chicken Breast, No Artificial Colours or Preservatives

I eat these all the time, 15 mins in the air fryer at 180 degrees, no preheat - perfect. Wish they’d do the spicy ones in 6 packs though.

Like the southern fried chicken, never bought for more than 50p a slice so this price is ok... just that yesterday was in Paignton town's Lidl and they had just stocked up on their version but had not priced it, when I asked it was four pieces (not to be confused with the two piece box at the same price) for £1.69, which was preinflation price as they had gone up to £1.99 or even more so I grabbed six boxes. Tastes better than the Birds Eye IMO but they will sell out as quick as they stick them in the freezer at that price. Food prices are definitely falling back, if you shop around a bit, and even Poundland is getting hammered by rivals (10 ballpoint pens, for instance, for 50p in Tesco against four for a quid in Poundland), not to mention the infamously cheap Aliexpress Picks (on the mobile app only) if you can wait a week or two for delivery.
