Ok for occasional use, the metal bits are useless. I gave up buying these sets as I don't need most of the stuff in them. I just buy good quality Osborn metal/general purpose drill bits and quality impact driver bits as I need them.
I have a few sets of these with all the metal bits missing and wood, masonry and screwdriver bits i'll never use. (edited)

Agree, great starter/occasional use set, but if you’re after a wood, metal or masonry drill set just buy separately. I used a wood drill bit yesterday for the first time and the drill chuck damaged the drill shaft showing how soft these are…

Don't buy this, its cheap garbage. I dont know why Bosch put their name on such tat. Green bosch tools are usually best avoided as they are the "DIY" line (although an exception to the rule is the IXO screwdriver which I am quite happy with.

I would get a set of bosch TCT bits instead, most of mine are still usable a few years later, great for DIY use as you can have one bit for all kinds of applications toolstation.com/bos…OCA

I've had an X-Line Titanium set for what must be over 10 years now. I would class myself as a higher usage DIY user and I cannot fault them. The only problems I've had is occasionally snapping some of the smaller bits (which I then just buy replacements) and the hinge on the case eventually wearing out due to how much use it gets (a quick kludge using cabinet hinges sorted that out)

I barely got three 6mm holes drilled in 3mm angle iron with a new bit out of those sets. An Osborn black/gold "jobber" bit (approx £3) drilled around 60 holes like the angle iron was butter and is still good plus it wasn't putting any stress on the actual drill motor. Dewalt bits seem ok, I have a 5 pc masonry set and some black/gold metal bits that seem to be reasonably good. You get what you pay for.

Would go for the Dewalt one for £5 more.

You would only use half a dozen of these bits a sets a waste of money
