    these days you need to tell the car you have installed a new batteries because it will flag up on your next service if done at the main dealers and apparently battery doesn't last as long and drains quicker if car still thinks its using old battery, someone on another forum said this

    Correct. As the battery gets older, the car recharges more aggressively, the car has to be told its a new battery so it resets the aggressiveness otherwise you get premature wearing. Can be done with a decent obd reader though

    BEWARE - I paid for 2 orders previously from this retailer and neither arrived. I was refunded but wasted lots of time, very poor comms.  The response I got was - “Your previous parcel was damaged in transit and this parcel is refunded because I have been advised by our carrier DHL, that due to their health and safety regulations they are unable to deliver the item to your postcode.“ I gave up at this point.
