    I got a coffee machine with acceptable last week, works perfectly fine, barely a scratch on it.

    Amazon Warehouse "Acceptable" condition generally means "Looks like it's been thrown from the roof of (then kicked around the floor inside) Amazon Warehouse".
    That being said, it's free returns and cash refund available so worth a gamble if you don't mind the potential hassle of returning it.

    Can't get a good coffee from it but my Acceptable condition heat pump tumble dryer from Amazon Warehouse was described as having cracks and holes but it was simply dented on one side, which I was able to pull out with a strong magnet. Brand new machine other than that.
    You can get some bargains with AW, use their excellent return policy if not.

    I am confused though as all the reviews the machoine is different to the main photo? Do you get the top thing for automatic fill?

    Shame the coffee it creates is not "acceptable" too! I'd stick to a mokka pot instead of buying a cheap espresso machine with a pressurised portafilter.

    This is my first time purchasing something used from Amazon and I can say nothing cosmetically wrong with it.
    I put it through clean mode and poured a single shot americano, added cold milk

    Tasted just fine, may do a double shot in the morning.

    I ordered this but when it arrived, the box was damaged and the item was poorly packed, meaning that the plastic water dispenser was smashed! Gutted.. Have returned to Amazon and now have to wait for 14-days for my refund..
