95% Rye and 5% Malted barley. No corn.Spiciest taste. MGP 95/5 mashbill is a famous example of this and is what Bulleit 95 is made from.
2.)Maryland Style
Typically 60% to 70% Rye.Has corn.Less common. JD Rye is an example.
3.)Kentucky Style
51% to 55% Rye and the rest is malted barley and corn.
The sweetest of the trio of styles. A famous example is Sazerac.

New Riff also produce some limited run products like the malted rye and they also produce their own Kentucky 95/5 rye.
