sorted byWD rma forms were broken, so had to raise a ticket. Drive has now been with WD since 9th, so had to raise another ticket. Standards are slipping.
Did it wipe all your data?
I did try some of the old 10% codes, they didn't work sadly.
I grabbed 2x Red 2x Yellow, some cheap Christmas presents, probably when i get them, convince myself to keep them, I've had them before, some where in there unopened retail boxes. (edited)

MacOS upgrades rarely go wrong nowadays, so it might be overkill… but you can’t put a price on data security ️
