Useful review here - it has its limitations, but its designed for mirrorless which makes it workeabe, where for a DSLR a lens like this never was... For wildlife and aircraft, and sports subjects further away, itll be fine, but no good for sidelines use. You get what you pay for - if you want an 800mm F5.6 - itll be about 20x the cost of this....

Interesting lens. Cheap, light, IS and sharp which is impressive for a 800mm FF lens! Yes it's super slow but you have to compromise somewhere. Would be great for safari. (edited)

On safari in africa in very good light this will be good. In the UK, not so good! If I was going on an African safari (once in a lifetime holiday) I'd hire a better lens for considerably cheaper. Or buy the top end lens on Ebay (2nd hand) and sell it again on your return and recoup most of your money - I've actually profited doing this
