    Poor quality knife.
Buy Victorinox knife or any other good quality knife and buy once.
You really do get what you pay for, trust me I'm a chef that's been in the industry for several decades.

I bought the slightly longer Chefaid utility knife (21cm) a few months ago for similar money when it was reduced. Solidly made, not majorly sharp but 'workaday' so it goes through the dishwasher many times (I know). Hot for £2.40 from me.

This is nothing but a cheap knife sold for what it's worth.
