    Reviews are saying that this set isn't really non-stick at all.

    The frying pan has a non-stick coating. The other pans don't.

    As can be seen from the photographs.

    if you want to cook meat then stay clear of these and get a non-stick coating. They are great for boiling veg or heating soup etc but not really for cooking mince etc as it will stick, obviously, but maybe needs pointing out!

    I used stainless pans for browning mince and unless you wack the heat up too much generally its ok. For any stuck on bits chuck a chopped up onion in that normally does the job. Anyway all the stuck on bits all add to the flavour
