looks like they use "Organic Brown Rice Syrup", "Organic Cane Syrup" and "Cane Sugar". Seems like a lot of sugar for a protein bar. 50432947-VBTSF.jpg (edited)

Yeh pretty much only to be used when you're doing strenuous exercise. But the same applies to a lot of energy based foods, the problem is people consuming them like normal food and drink and then lounging on the sofa.

These are excellent as a snack. I usually buy from Food Circle as they sell a box of out of date ones for around £8. In my experience, Clif bars taste fine for at least 6-8 months beyond the Best Before date, assuming they are stored properly. (edited)

Be careful with those, there was an issue with out of date bars with clif a while back and warnings over it. Dont get me wrong they are great bars i use them as no dairy on my rides but they do not keep well

I can’t remember which event I did that gave them out but it converted me to Clif products. The gels, bars & blocks were all awesome compared to pretty much every other brand I’ve tried.
