I've just taken it for a walk, alongside my usual watch and it matched my steps very well
On top of the default 3 watch faces, there's only enough storage for an additional 3 - there's about 100 or so to choose from and you can customise a basic face too.
It's way too early to comment on battery life but I suspect the 10-20 day claim might be a little high.
I accidentally took a call on the thing just now and the quality wasn't terrible...
I didn't actually want to use the watch this way but I did feel like Michael Knight for a moment, so I might leave it on
I'll have a better play after work but for £3 / 5 day delivery (with regular email updates), I'm VERY impressed!
