It arrived today and it looks soo good. I contacted Corsair prior to buying and they said it's dual channel and also compatible wth my motherboard Asus Strix B550-f gaming motherboard.

Hey you have the same motherboard as me. Do these work with Asus Aura Sync without anything else, or do you have to install iCue? I sold the LL120 fans and Commander Pro that came with my Corsair case as I can't stand iCue.

Aura Sync isn't great either mind, but I prefer it and don't want to have to use more than one piece of software to control RGB, especially bloated ones. Hopefully Microsoft introducing native RGB controls to Windows 11 soon will kill the need for any of them off! (edited)

Hi, sorry for the late reply I was out. So I have to use iCue for this ram which is annoying as all my other parts on Armoury crate but it is what it is. Yh that would be great if Microsoft included that. (edited)

I've got four sticks of this, paired with an AMD 3700. Best to get this RAM as AMD chips run better on the bigger MT/s. There's also 3200 of the same brand but that'll impede the CPU.

Yup I have paired this with Ryzen 7 5800x which is great. I have been using 2133MHz ram since 2015 and only upgraded today ahaha

Lazy binning my corsair using 20-20, depending on which memory IC are used it should manually tweak for advanced users wanting to squeeze out every drop of performance.

RAM noob here, why is this a good deal? a quick search on Amazon tells me you can get the same without RGB for £80. Are you just paying more for the RGB?

    That's C18 not C16. So it's slower.
