    Currently looking for a PSU 750W minimum that is quiet and reliable. Any recommendations?

    Also, is there a huge difference between Gold rated and platinum rated.

    The 750w version of this is also in the prime day sales for £109.99, it's meant to be pretty quiet and Corsair is known for making reliable PSUs.

    I've ordered the 1000w one just to be a bit more future proof, and they are meant to be more efficient when you're using a lower percentage of what it can provide

    I love corsair warranty and support. They are the best. My rm750i was failing and I raised RMA. I wanted corsair link functionality so refused RMA. I got offered hx1500i. I love you Corsair.

    Bought this three months ago. It's zero rpm to 50% load and then only idling up to 70% load. The 12vhpwr cable is 450W.
