Roughly like 2800 CL18, in terms of latency, but the DDR5 will have higher data bandwidth.

Yep, certainly worth a watch if you are unfamiliar with DDR5.

Surely this is a price error as box and other retailers have it befween £250-£300?

Bought for £151 so nice deal. Thanks OP (edited)

Nah, prices are dropping pretty fast as the PC market globally is in the doldrums. Other retailers will be lagging behind or sitting on old stock.

Thanks OP. Ordered just in case.

Haven't got the MB yet so wonder whether to go with these or the separately purchased Adata DDR5 6000mhz CL40 from Amazon the other day.

I've got this RAM for few weeks. I was able to overclock it to 6200Mhz with lower primary timings and subtimings.
    Highly recommended for this price.

Great to hear! I've ordered this for a new pc build

If there's any guide to overclock and get lower timings I'd really appreciate it if you shared a link (edited)

Should always pay in the local rate with a fee free card. The Chase account is good.
