Might be worth changing one letter in your postcode. So if you live in 3ED change to 3EE

I got an email saying that that they were cracking down on it, so I was charged the full amount after. As it’s only one per household, just a warning to others. I wasn’t sure of my rights but they charged my card and then sent the email! (edited)

Ordered again just with a different email address! Great bargain as you can cancel straight away

Do you have to be a new customer? ANy workarounds if so?

Just use a different email address and create a new account or this trick i've linked. Everything else can be the same.

I’ve had it a few times over the past few years and always just changed my email etc but it seems address and even bank address is something they look at now…just so no one else gets caught out 🙈👀

That's crazy! Guessing they hadn't emailed or contacted you in advance of the payment being taken? Not that that makes it right for them to then deuct that money

Presume this is the May box and too early for the contents to be published?
    3010's avatar
    Author
Yeah what’s inside should available first week of May. Just to make sure you get May’s box I always signup first couple days of the month.

Buy a bottle you like / want and save the hassle of cancelling the subscription.

It’s really not a hassle cancelling and these are decent quality gins. Certainly worth a lot more than £18. But of course it will depend on whether you’re fussed buy the quality or want a bog standard gin from the supermarket. I know Tesco have some on club card deals at the moment.

Stay well clear these people allow you to use codes then steal money from your account. Allow multiple emails then steal money later on from your account. STAY CLEAR

Craft gin just took £103 from my account after I had used the new offer 5 times. I am now in a dispute with them as they did not tell me that this would happen. I told them they need to sort out their website as they allow this to happen. I will be spreading this across every social media platform so they lose more than £103

Yeah I’ve been checking for weeks for a offer. Good to see them back

Anyone else facing issues with using the same address? I’ve not put my phone number and it’s a new email but seem to know from my address

    A Brazilian one from Jan

They will accept the discount code then take the money from your bank without authorisation to make up the shortfall many months later. CANCEL ANY DEBIT CARDS YOU HAVE ATTACHED TO YOUR ACCOUNT. even if the account is closed they will take money from your bank. Question the legality of this!!
    popwilleatitself's avatar
I wish I’d seen this before today. Have you been in touch with your bank? What have they said? (edited)

anyone done multiple signups for the intro offers. check emails. they are billing for all discounts applied on repeat accounts.

A bill for over £340 landed yesterday. Strange how it’s taken them so many months to catch up. Definitely won’t be using again and will be cancelling my current box that I pay month for.
  16. pfpf's avatar
yea, done that using a virtual card. all verified and added to each account. at least now if they do use the "old card" i should be able to sort that with the card issuer.

Could go and cancel your other cards too if you don’t need them for a few days. I cancelled a few of my ones. New number was on Apple Pay after a couple of hours

Do they still send out those short dated snacks with these overhyped boxes?
    Bowler_man's avatar
Oh you mean the free promo stuff they get to fill the box - yeah sure.
  18. mad2477's avatar
Ordered (again).  Did the last one before Xmas.  Nice little treat
  19. evostick47's avatar
Still got 5 bottles left from the last offer!
  20. consolegamer's avatar
Watch out, if you do not get the registration link to cancel, you will need to login and 'forgot password' to create your account and cancel.
    twistedspirit's avatar
When I tried this it said my email doesn't exist.
  21. neonplanet40's avatar
Mine arrived today. It is an old gin from earlier in the year. All snacks etc were repeats too. So overall, poor really if expecting April or mays box.
    popwilleatitself's avatar
Can I ask which gin you received please?
  22. popwilleatitself's avatar
I’ll wait until the contents are published before I decide. Usually first week in May I think they release the content details.

"Sea Samphire" . . . That's interesting, looking forward to trying this Gin!

Using different emails no longer seems to work.............

Is it not the address that’s causing the issue?
  25. neonplanet40's avatar
Maybe, but that still doesn't help me
  26. pb-live's avatar
Worth noting that if you make sure to do the extra sign up bits like liking them on instagram along with the points you get for the first month you’ll have over 500 points and can swap it for £5 off in the shop.

I’ve not ordered this round. Be careful though. Someone just about have had there card charged £103 for taking up the offers again.
  28. popwilleatitself's avatar
Had a large amount of money taken from my account too. I haven’t ordered since 2022. They’re clearly back dating all boxes they deem not to be new customers and charging the full total amount without warning.
  29. pfpf's avatar
does anyone know if changing the card on account deletes the previous card details completely at their end?
    3010's avatar
    Author
Not too sure tbh. Might be worth changing them all over to a account that has no cash in it.
  30. Mrcrazyman69's avatar
Code still seems to work. Unsure why the deal has expired.
