Creality Official 3D Printer Enclosure Fireproof and Dustproof Tent for Ender 3/Ender 3 Pro/Ender 3 V2/Ender 3 Neo/Ender 3 V2 Neo/Ender 3s/Ender 2/CP-01, 3D Printer Cover Storage 720x600x480mm

Enclosure was the best investment for me so far. No warping, much less curling, and generally a lot more confidence I can print over night and it will turn out fine.

only 4 ratings for the seller on that one, also I think the cat may interfere with your prints

I personally have this one amazon.co.uk/gp/…46W and I bought it for £39 and it is great (edited)

FYI. You can get this from AliExpress a little cheaper at £35.08. Seller’s shop has 99.4% feedback on average, which is very good. It looks like it is the official Ender 3D Printer store. 3D Ender Enclosure Upgrade Fireproof Dustproof Constant Temperature 3D Printer Cover Tent for Ender-3 Series

P.S.: I guess for myself - if not bother, as the difference in price is too little to be worth it for me. But if someone is looking to save even more, then it might be worth it. (AliExpress also now has an option to “only pay after you receive the item”, you need a credit card for that.)

What about the fumes? I thought you need to pipe exhaust it out a window

Yes, ideally you would have an extractor or filter, especially for ABS.

    Fireproof but only heat resistant...

Fyi I bought two of these. One was decent quality. The other was the cheapest pos I've laid eyes on, and was promptly returned. Unfortunately, you won't know which you're getting

Was looking at getting a 3d printer for my teenage son, what’s the best make/model for a beginner?

I love my Ender 3 S1. Very flexible and forgiving and almost good to go out of the box! Once out of the box, run the teaching tech (youtube guy) calibrations.
