It's a bit buggy. I've struggled at times to get the search to work and sometimes I try to click out of things and get no response. The actual reading of comics is fine though.

The Get To Know and Storyline features look pretty much perfect for that, but I thought I’d ask those who have actually experienced it.

Yep! I love comics but they’re kind of a nightmare to follow so this feature helps.

That and some Google around characters or storylines will help. Long time since they stopped them but ifanboy’s ‘where do I start?’ articles are good too ifanboy.com/tag…rt/

Anyone that utilizes the introductory pricing will be able to renew at the same price, as long as they maintain their paid subscription.

For the superhero titles Rebirth is a good jumping on point. I would commend DC Universe: Rebirth, Batman: Rebirth then the latest Batman series, starting in 2016 by Tom King.

Anything by Tom King is brilliant
The year one graphic novels are also a good starting point - there’s year one for many characters - I really liked the green arrow one

    This is brilliant news
I did have it via some vpn trickery a couple of years back but then it stopped working and could get it work again (they cleverly knew I was in U.K. even with a vpn!)
This is just amazing value, it has almost a full dc library and can be overwhelming.
I also love the marvel one which is a lot better app and arguably has better comics but I love dc as well
Only problem is this isn’t on the kindle, but you can find ways to get it on there which I done and it works good (edited)

    Super hot deal.

Can't believe it's not a higher temp - a little over £3 a month for this many comics is an absolute steal, especially considering DC are much less well-served by my library service (South-West) than Marvel. Even if you come across the odd stinker (hello, 'Heroes in Crisis'!) you can just read all the classics and still come out ahead over the course of a year's sub! (edited)

A comics subscription service is a hard sell on here.

I signed up on iOS. I've taken screenshots of T&C as well as the blog, just in case.

I've signed up via Android/Google, but I've saved a copy of this page - dccomics.com/blo…-uk - which says "Anyone that utilizes the introductory pricing will be able to renew at the same price, as long as they maintain their paid subscription." just in case they forget the discount in 12 months time...

I've been umming & ahhing whether to buy the Preacher & Y the Last Man Omnibus's (Omninibi?!) so this has literally more than paid for itself already.

Only read issue 1 of Preacher so far but really enjoying it.

Great deal. DC comics are much better than the Marvel ones (reversal of the films). Just in time for Jury Duty too

Thanks OP. I had no idea that this had released in the UK.

I was looking for an alternative to Comixology after the mess that Amazon made when it was fully integrated into their ecosystem, and this will fill that void nicely.

I'm only a day in and my sub has pretty much paid for itself.

Just seen this on the link people have provided above:

“…and recently released comics like Arkham City: The Order of the World, Batman: The Imposter, Nubia & The Amazons and Refrigerator Full of Heads. With new comic books being added to DC UNIVERSE INFINITE six months after they hit retail store shelves, the expansive library is constantly being updated.” (edited)

    I know right
You can’t even buy a comic these days for £3.
Of all the subscriptions I have, I find the marvel unlimited comic one the one I get most value from. I’ve read 1000s comics on there
