Another alternative in this laptop class. Honestly, I'd probably take the HP EliteBook 830 G5 someone else posted (also a touchscreen) for myself but some prefer Dell, this laptop also has smaller bezels, a more resilient, plastic/carbon chassis, has a smaller footprint and has an i7-8650U. So if you don’t want or need a touchscreen, you have a Core i7 option. They're both excellent choices for under £200, serviceable and expandable, great options for those on a budget who don’t want to sacrifice with low performance or quality.
