I always disinfect my nether regions with pure dettol. I have a beaker of it on the bedside table. (edited)

Excellent price, started using detox since the pandemic, not even had a sniffle since. Can’t use liquid soaps it causes eczema. I buy this annually.

I mean, no hot water - just cold mains water.
