Presume not brushless motors? I have no clue... could be a stupid question.

Doesn't look like it. There's a brushless set here, but with batteries as well and is much pricier: toolstop.co.uk/dew…50/

Had these for quite a few years - ideal for a diyer and a lot of kitchen fitters as well due to the smaller size

The new Makita at £123 outperforms it but has a driver ...not combi drill. That,s the one for me. Hot deal though.

Spend the extra £80 and get the combi set from Screwfix, it's on offer often for £200 and you get the brushless tools, as well as two 4ah batteries. The drill isn't amazing, but it does drill holes, and when I say it isn't amazing, I was disappointed when it struggled with a 32mm hole saw in 3mm mild steel box section, which is pretty tough.
The impact driver is fantastic, I use it a lot.

The offer was on maybe a month ago, this is the set I spoke of, which does go on sale for £200.

A friend of mine got me an employee discount on top for the offer, and I got the kit for £160.
