    This is great news for me and my Florida based girlfriend! I met up with her in Miami in February. There are expensive parts but you can get an Airbnb for a reasonable rate if you're just planning on using it as a place to kip in between adventures. And there's so much to do in Miami that this is what I would recommend.

    If anyone wants tips on places to go, let me know!

    We went to a gig, saw lots of art and exhibitions, shopping, beaches, restaurants, bars, clubs etc. And I paid £480 for non-direct flights!

    Also keep in mind the weather is great around this time in Florida.

    It's not cheap, you are better staying in a suburb like Fort Lauderdale.

    Do you know with economy light, if I book 4 x tickets, and when I check in do all 4 get seated together?

    You'd have to pay extra to choose or opt for economy classic where you'd get a checked bag and seat selection.
