    1) Avoid blue screen light (use filter)

    2) Avoid bright lighting in the evening so melatonin levels can rise

    3) Stick your hand and feet out for a bit to help core temp to drop (edited)

    The reason for this is beer/weed causes sedation but you don’t get quality REM sleep so you often feel crappy or tiered still.
