Instead of paper dust bags can't see if you can get a cannister filter for this model, anyone tried?? Update found one for £16/£17 Einhell 2351113 (edited)

That's an air filter not a replacement for the dust bags. Two different things which is disappointing as I would prefer a reusable canister too!! Good find though as I need one for my home refurb. Does anyone know if the dust bags are any good or if they're flimsy??

The bags are used to collect fine dust like when you are sanding. I have the next model up with the power take off feature and find that without bags it does clog up very quickly. If hoovering up large particles you might get away without using the bags but and fine dust defo use the bags.

    Agree with others.
If using a filter you need a bag as well.

As far as I can tell, the rustproof plastic housing on my Titon wet and dry is every bit as good as stainless steel.
