Select e-voucher for free delivery. Once bought you have 12 months to redeem against a English Heritage membership. Next best price based on buying direct.

A word of warning regarding the process you must follow to get your 1 year membership using this Buy a Gift scheme. Its a right P.I.T.A !

I purchased a membership today via buyagift. They then sent me an email with my voucher. I then had to follow their link to another page to 'redeem' the voucher.

But you do not actaully redeem the voucher, you enter the vouchers number and PIN and are then taken to yet another web page. Read this carefully, as from that page there is a form you must download and then print off.

This form must be completed in pen and must be posted to English Heritage Head Office together with a printed copy of the BuyaGift voucher that was emailed.

The form clearly states that you must allow up to 21 days to receive your membership pack.

So purchase today and its unlikely you'll be able to use the membership for at least 3 weeks. Plus of course you have to pay for a stamp to post it off.

This is absolutely true but if you email their customer support, this can also be done online (for renewal). I always simply email them the completed form and voucher and they extend my membership for a year.

If you are eligible for CSSC membership English heritage membership is included for the CSSC member plus 1 additional adult and up to 6 children. Plus other benefits for £4.25 per month

I did this during a visit to Osborne House on the IOW, saved about £80 on the standard admission

Can this code be redeemed by existing members? So that it will add another year on top ?

This can be used for renewal. I have personally used this 3 times to renew but I have always used this on the last month of expiry. I don't know if they will create an issue if you use this in the middle of the membership.

Much better to get national trust family depending upon where you live in the country as most English heritage are just piles of rubble
    neversay's avatar
No thanks. The National Trust is intent on cancelling our English heritage.

Brodsworth Hall, Doncaster is English Heritage. Very good. Went during Sept. Lovely hall and the gardens then were really nice….and not too large. Adults £14, 2 adults + 3 children £41.50. That’s weekend, cheaper during week.

If you are able to join CSSC (Civil Service Social Club) it is currently £4.99 a month and includes English Heritage membership.

    It also includes much more.

Feel free to message me if you want to join, as you need to be recommended by a member.
