FAQ’S:

What are Member Days?
Member Days are days out exclusively for Blue Light Card members. In partnership with Merlin Entertainment, theme parks across the UK close their gates to the general public, and open exclusively for you – our members – to enjoy smaller crowds, faster services and reduced ticket prices.

How do I purchase tickets?
Once released, tickets can be purchased through your Blue Light Card account. Use the booking link provided above or simply log in, search for the attraction you would like to book and click through to the ticketing page via the offer link. Tickets are subject to availability.

Can family and friends come with me?
Family and friends can join you at a Member Days event so long as you, the Blue Light Card member, are present. The maximum number of tickets you can purchase is 6 and they are subject to availability.

  • LEGOLAND Windsor Resort – Children under 0.9m go free (included in maximum of 6 tickets)
  • Drayton Manor Resort – Children under 3 go free
  • Warwick Castle – Children under 3 go free
  • Thorpe Park – Children under 3 go free

Can I book more than one Member Days event?
Yes! Tickets are subject to availability.

Can I add an extra day at the attraction to my booking?
No. Member Days are exclusively for the dates promoted.

Can I book a hotel stay?
Yes, you can extend your Member Days to include an overnight stay for all events except for Thorpe Park. Please see individual offer pages for booking information once the tickets have gone on sale. Both event tickets and hotel stays will go on sale at the same time and must be purchased separately.

Are Member Days tickets refundable?
All Member Days are booked through the attractions booking page and not through Blue Light Card therefore all tickets are subject to the standard terms and conditions of the ticket provider and are unfortunately non-refundable and non-transferable.

What identification do I need on the day?
On arrival, you must present your Blue Light Card (physical or digital card will be accepted) along with an additional form of ID.

I’m not sure but they regularly post updates here and video updates on YouTube here (edited)

Anybody else get a screen that states
"Our Member Days tickets and hotel stays for 2024 are now on sale. Visit top attractions across the UK for a reduced price and experience a day out like no other..."

but with no links or anything underneath?

And now nothing is loading - guessing it's overwhelmed

For the March events - bear in mind that winter maintenance won't be complete and also adverse weather will mean that ride availability will at best OK and at worst an absolute day wrecker. You might also experience some very slow moving queues as rides run at reduced capacity and with staff still 'learning the ropes'.

Keep your expectations low and hopefully they'll be surpassed, I think is probably the best way.

Anyone know if Drayton Manor is Thomas land/zoo only or everything open?
  6. 420dealio's avatar
they've raised the prices from what they had advertised last week when I checked, November Thorpe park was £23 (as in the original deal posting) now listed as £27.60
    P-A1XAKS's avatar
Yeah I saw£23 last week but then fright nights wasn't mentioned so maybe that's why?

Maybe not as now says mazes aren't included!

I'm sure they are on regular fright nights dates, just included in the ticket cost?

On the page it mentions retail discounts for Legoland does anyone know what these might be? Thank you!

Anyone else having trouble getting legoland tickets?
Tried about 10 times, different laptops, different payment methods - errors each time
Suggests calling helpdesk... which is closed
    Kez001's avatar
I’ve tried twice. Same error message. One payment has been authorised and one cancelled, no idea if anything has gone though.

Completely forgot these were released yesterday, it’s our daughters birthday the weekend in November and a short break at LEGOLAND would have been magical... fingers crossed for cancellations I guess!
