It's a pretty one, but perhaps not to everyone's taste. Decent price for the spec, if you're after a Dreadnaught shape like this one

Delivery is free

There is an ex-demo model at the same price, so make sure you add the right one, as it's brand new

The Dove™ acoustic was first introduced at the legendary Gibson™ & Epiphone factory in Kalamazoo in 1962 and became one of the first acoustic guitars to become a recognized rock and roll classic. Now, both beginners and professionals can enjoy the classic sound of the Dove acoustically, or plugged in with the onboard Fishman® electronics.

Lovely guitar. I nearly bought one when somewhere was selling them for about £260-ish a couple of years ago but haven't seen anything like that since then.

How's the action on it? Close to the fretboard or it is like fingering a cheesegrater? (edited)

Anyone know how the sound of this compares to the Epiphone Hummingbird Pro? I tried one of those a few years ago and it sounded awful - thin and anaemic.

Off topic, I've got a Cimar 371 "Dove" from 1976 or 1977. My aunt bought it brand new just after her father passed away and she very kindly gave it to me a few months ago. The guitar looks great: the dove scratchplate is just lovely to behold. The guitar also sounds great and holds a great tune as well. Perhaps not surprisingly, it also smells completely different from my other acoustic guitars. It smells old and all the better for it.

I've no idea what the Epiphone Dove is like, regardless of how it compares to my Cimar, but if it's well made, then I'd encourage anybody who fancies the looks of it to go and try it out. Even if my Cimar wasn't a gift from my aunt, and the sentimental value it holds accordingly, a dove in the hand... is really worth having

Double the money I know but the sigma I posted as a deal the other day all day long and twice on Sunday ....would be worth the extra money in the long run

I’m looking for a 3/4 size acoustic if anyone can give recommendations, not too pricey though, maybe between £100-£150.
