Designed for musicians who are looking for a more affordable solution for the LTD Signature Series guitar of Brian “Head” Welch, the seven-string innovator and founding member of nu-metal icons Korn, the SH-207 is an excellent choice. It’s a 7-string guitar based on Brian’s SH-7 model that offers bolt-on construction, a mahogany body with flamed maple top, and a comfortable and fast extra thin U-shaped three-piece maple neck with roasted jatoba fingerboard. The SH-207’s sound is powered by a set of high-output ESP Designed LH-307 pickups, and it includes an LTD fixed bridge with string thru body.

    Cold. You need 8 strings or more. 9 is best. But even then you need to drop tune the low string.

    I did try a similar ESP a while ago but didn't like the sound of the pick ups....it was the active ones.im not really a big metal head so that's not the fault of the guitar.

    Nice looking guitars though.

    Pretty decent deal, though it seems probably a bit high in price at original MSRP. It doesn't have any features that really puts it in that £700+ sort of category, so I think £500 is about right for it.

    Stainless steel strings is a pretty premium feature tbh.

    This thing is so much more beautiful in person. It’s a much deeper purple that complements the neck so well. Black hardware as well. Chefs kiss.
