    Be warned if you buy a refurbished one from anyone, EVEN VAX, the battery is not guaranteed and if you google, known to fail just after a year (coincidence...?). Mine failed after 13 mths and not replaced, and batteries for this model are not cheap (new ones come with 3yr warranty)

    I bought a refurbished from Vax and batteries are guaranteed for 1 year, I've had one replaced no problem
    If yours is13 months old that's why.
    Not good I'll admit just outside warranty.
