These are genuinely brilliant pans. The only potential negative is that as a side effect of being solid pans, they are quite heavy and take a while to heat up. Other than that they are incredibly tough and non-stick, and I'm a big fan of the high thermal mass (they can sit at a very low heat when they do come to temperature)

That sounds good. I've been using the Scoville ones for ages and never had any issues with the non-stick flaking off, like others have mentioned but I do find they're quite tricky to keep to low temperatures i.e. the pans seem to heat up so much that even if you have the gas or induction on their lowest settings some things are still bubbling like they're on the highest temperature. I reckon with these being solid I would have thought the heat control would be better.

I was about to buy the 5 piece from Amazon. Think I made the right choice buying the Ninja set tho
