Those asking of they are any good... £17 what do you think :/

    These generally snap quite easily

Only some of these are insulated - with price increases and money getting tighter, please consult someone qualified to carry out electrical work. Sometimes sets like these can be a little enabling IMO where only some of the kit may be suitable for electrical tasks.

Anyone qualified (or at least competent and knows what they are doing safely) will have a dedicated set of insulated tools, and be isolating the system anyway...

Or just use them as screwdrivers.....

    Nice price.

I spent £12 just on a set of coloured Allen keys recently 🫢

I spent about £30 on my coloured wear keys and don't regret it one bit. Spent the same on one pair of pliers too. No regrets!

    Thanks, ordered.
Maybe I will now be able to keep all my screwdrivers in one place.

Seems pretty good for the price.
Would people recommend this for general, day to day tasks around the household?

I'd say this is entirely what this set is aimed at

Well worth buying in my opinion. I like it that even though it's a cheap set, everything has it's place. Someone asked for a screwdriver to fix some glasses and the smallest bit in the set fitted perfectly.

I'm going to order a couple more
    CynicalNurse's avatar
So you can fix three pairs of glasses at once.

Just ordered thanks OP. Has to be decent enough for a bit of DIY around the house. Might be able to find a screwdriver when I need one now.
