sorted by, really feel quality. I can confirm they are well insulated.
Bought back in Nov for 19.99 for the apprentice. arrived foolishly thought they would be vde rated because, well it's bosch, turned out not fit for purpose, thought brand would know better

Got the set free on one of the tool deals, and while solid enough they're not all that well made.
All stiff. The needlenose are brittle and don't meet terribly well, the side cutters a touch soft, and the standard pliers just meh.
Nothing 'wrong' really, but definitely overpriced even when on their usual 'deal'.
If I didn't already have mounds of pliers, I'd spend £20-25 on one decent set of needlenose, and have a few quid left over for some pints at 'Spoons
Bosch hand tools are average, have average QC, and trade on the reputation of the wider company.
