A note to add:

The app order to table option is rubbish and doesnt work properly for free drinks. Avoid it.

I recommend just ordering from the bar and do not attempt to order via app. If order in app and buy nothing chargable, it locks the code and crashes, with nothing staff can do during that time. About an hour I'm told.

Sounds like we had the same app experience. Also, the app seems to refuse to send me password reset emails.
